Hi all,
We have a 24/7 customer who is very tricky about getting server reboots in. They have multiple sites and their main powerhouse is the server which is having the issue.
The VSS writer issue is causing backups to fail. As they as 24/7, I need to get these services running again without a reboot if possible. I have tried restarting the Information Store and VSS service in the past but it always culminated in a reboot.
