Acronis True Image does not recognize license

Hi ,

We have Acronis True Image 11 (yes I know it's old) , we do a lot of clean install backups from a bootable USB. No problem so far untill today. We installed our first Win 8.1 laptop in the office (Dell Inspiron 17R) and when I try to backup the laptop it says I am using a trial version. We do have the correct license but apparently it doesn't recognize it ! I'm guessing it because of a hardware issue because the software (Win 8) isn't started yet.

I looked on the internet for a possible solution but I couldn't find one (yet).

In short : everything works with Windows 7 PC's , it doesn't work with a Windows 8.1 Dell Laptop (not sure if it is the laptop (hardware) or the software).

Any ideas anyone ?
