We are using iSCSI to integrate with our Synology NAS. The iSCSI suddenly started causing BSOD failures on our server. If we reboot the iSCSI initiator says it's attempting to reconnect to the NAS (it never reconnects), it will stay that way indefinitely. If we cancel the connection and attempt to reconnect the device it will reconnect, but eventually the dreaded BSOD pops back up.
We have changed the networking so the iSCSI network is just a straight Ethernet to the NAS (cutting out the switch as fault).
We've also attempted to uninstall the iSCSI driver in order to reinstall, but the OS simply locks up and BSODs again.
Any idea where we should go from here?
