We're evaluating our BC/DR partner options and would like the community's input on Intronis and Storagecraft. We are an MSP, so management and easy of use is key. I'd like to hear what experiences you've had; both the good and the bad. And if anyone has other vendors they'd like to throw into the mix, I'm all ears.
