Veeam Surebackup Fails.

Hi,

I have been working on this for 4 hours now, and with no result :( So why not ask for a little help in here.

I am trying to use Veeam Exchange AIR, but I my Surebackup fails every time i try to run it.

I get this output: 

I am using version 6.0.0.181 of veeam,  if that helps.

Can anyone help me? I am kinda lost :)
