System Imaging using USB Drive

Currently we use Clonezilla using a CD and save images to a desktop setup as a server. It has worked decently so far but seems to not work so well using a USB vs a CD. All our new Laptops and Desktops have no CD/DVD drive (Ultra books and tiny desktops). We previously had Dell systems and they all preinstall the Windows key for you. We have now migrated to Enterprise and open licensing so we can preinstall all our software on all the systems for quick deployment. Clonezilla does not allow for you to install on a smaller drive than the one imaged.

Our first batch of Laptops and Desktops have 180GB SSD on them. Future versions will have 128GB SSD (We got a deal on our first batch). Clonezilla will not allow you to image a smaller drive from a larger drives image. So we need something to replace Clonezilla that we can launch from a USB, and save to a server that allows us to install images on any size drive so long as they have at least the capacity of the used space of the image. We also need it to be really simple to use as our smaller 30 person location has someone who has the IT skills to install Windows on his own and install drivers but thats about it and he will need to be able to be trained via a gotomeeting on how to use the software.

Anyone have any simple to setup, simple to use imaging software that allows you to put an image on really any size hard drive?
