Wbadmin –allCritical and –systemState (are both needed)?

I am setting up some Windows Server Backup jobs via command line and I need to know if the -systemState parameter is actually a part of -allCritical parameter. If I use the -allCritical parameter do I also need the -systemState parameter if I want to do a baremetal restore or is all that information included in the -allCritical parameter? Thanks.
